Objective

Create strategies to improve user interactions within the platform

User Pain
Maintain continuous interaction with people within the app for fear of the answers turning into an argument.

Maintain or increase the number of accesses to the platform. 
User Research

Qualitative or Atitudinal 

Research carried out by collecting data on a customer feedback survey form on the natural use of the product, to understand the reasons behind what users say and how to correct it.
Survey conducted with 10 people
 8 questions were asked to understand what users say about interactions within the platform and their difficulties in maintaining use.

Inspiration to Sketch

Analyzed the profile of users of the Orkut platform and the distribution of comments on Tiktok, which inspired me draft a possible solution.
