Objective
Create strategies to improve user interactions within the platform

User and business pain
User Pain
Maintain continuous interaction with people within the app for fear of the answers turning into an argument.

Maintain or increase the number of accesses to the platform.

Research carried out by collecting data on a customer feedback survey form on the natural use of the product, to understand the reasons behind what users say and how to correct it.

Analyzed the profile of users of the Orkut platform and the distribution of comments on Tiktok, which inspired me draft a possible solution.

Solution
Organize replying in the post without open all comments pages
